Our service fee includes dismantling clipper, cleaning and reassembly, replacement parts not included in service fee.
When Shipping to us, it is your responsibility to ensure all your equipment is individually packed and protected. Oz Clipper & Scissor will not be responsible for any items received that have been damaged in transit.
Customers are required to arrange their own insurance should they require it before sending us any equipment for sharpening or servicing. In addition, you must advise us if insurance is required for goods being returned after sharpening, purchase, or repairs, thank you.
