Amazing, amazing, amazing! I purchased three pairs of scissors from Oz Clipper and Scissor last week and they are some of the best quality, most comfortable and well priced scissors I own! Wayne goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible and has plenty of options to choose from! As a dog groomer, it can be so hard to find scissors that are comfortable, high quality and effective, especially living in WA where we often have to order everything online. Being able to visit Wayne’s workshop and test them out before buying made such a difference. You can actually see how they feel in your hand and feel confident about your purchase. I met Wayne from Oz Clipper & Scissor at the West Groom 2026 competition. Wayne was incredibly helpful in helping me choose the right scissors. He let me try different sizes and shapes, showed me a range of kits, and recommended options that would suit me as a beginner groomer. Wayne also provided helpful advice on how to properly clean and maintain the scissors, including lubricating them after use. I am very happy with my purchase and extremely satisfied with the quality of my scissors. I received excellent service. Three pairs of scissors (curves, straights and chu kers) plus 10+ blades all sharpened yo perfection. All were done and back with me within 4 days, with express shipping. Billing process was equally sime and service was very reasonably priced. Flow up e.ail was also sent to check on quality of work.
