In addition, we have designed an innovative, bespoke Profile Linisher machine which hits the correct angle every time. These two machines combined with our best practice techniques produce the perfect finish every time.

Scissor Sharpening Our 12 Step Best Practice
- Sterilise for 15 minutes in Sonic cleaner
- Inspect shears for obvious damage
- Test Cut to identify problems
- Disassemble
- Restore internal ride lines
- Sharpen cutting edges of the blades
- De Bur
- De Magnetise
- Hand finish ride line and cutting edges on leather strop
- Re assemble replacing worn parts
- Lubricate shears and adjust tension
- Test Cut & final clean.
